Monthly Payment Information

• Payment emails are sent 10 days before the due date.

• Fees must be paid by the 30th of each month, no later than the 1st of the following month.

• £30 late fee applies for payments after the 1st.

 

General Information

• Fees apply during all absences, including illness and holidays.

• Bank Holidays are charged.

• Fees are calculated over 51 weeks per year (includes Bank Holidays and Christmas closure).

 

Deposit Policy

• £300 deposit (£450 for siblings) to secure a place

• Deducted from the final month if:

  • 2 months' written notice is given,

  • And all payments are up to date.

  •  The deposit is non-refundable if the child does not start.

 

Priority Booking & Sibling Discount

• Priority for:

  • Full-time children (5 days/week, 51 weeks/year)

  • Siblings of current children

  • Sibling discount: 10% for the eldest full-time sibling (depending on booked days).

 

Ad Hoc Fees

• £10/hour for extra sessions

• Meals: £5 – half day (5 hours), £10 – full day

 

Term-Time Only Option

• Places available for term-time only childcare
