Nursery Fees and Funded Childcare
Helping working families save on childcare while giving children a brilliant start.
Eligible families can enjoy 15 or 30 hours of funded childcare, plus take advantage of Tax-Free Childcare to make life a little easier.
We would be happy to talk with you, explain our fees and funded childcare options, and take your individual situation into account. We can also consider your budget and the options available to find the best solution for your child.
We also have completely free term-time only places, depending on availability.

Funded Early Education Entitlement
We offer funded early education places for eligible children (15 and 30 hours).
Funded hours are available completely free of charge.
There is no requirement to purchase any additional services, meals, or extras in order to access funded hours.
A fully funded place can be accessed without paying for any additional hours, meals, or services.
Funded hours are available Monday to Friday within our opening hours.
Typical sessions include:

Morning session: 8:00 – 13:00

Afternoon session: 13:00 – 18:00

Full day: 8:00 – 18:00
Funded hours can be taken flexibly within these sessions, subject to availability.
The exact pattern of attendance will be agreed with parents.
Funded hours are applied within booked sessions, and any additional hours outside of the funded entitlement are charged according to the fee structure above.
Monthly Payment Information

Payment emails are sent 10 days before the due date

Fees due by 30th of month, late fee £30 after 1st

Fees apply during absences, including illness and holidays

Bank Holidays are charged

Fees calculated over 51 weeks per year (includes Bank Holidays and Christmas closure)
Deposit Policy

£300 deposit (£450 for siblings) to secure a place for paid/full-time places only

Deducted from the final month if:

2 months’ written notice given

All payments are up to date

The deposit is non-refundable if the child does not start

Note: Free term-time only places do not require a deposit
Priority Booking & Sibling Discount

Priority given to:

Full-time children (5 days/week, 51 weeks/year)

Siblings of current children

Sibling discount: 10% for the eldest full-time sibling (depending on booked days)
Meals, Ad Hoc Fees & Optional Extras
Meals are provided at an additional voluntary cost:

£10 per full day

£5 per half day
Meals include breakfast, a freshly prepared lunch with pudding, healthy snacks, and a light tea with pudding.
Meals are optional.
If parents choose not to take meals, their child will still receive their full funded entitlement without any restrictions.
To opt out of meals, parents should inform the nursery in writing.
Parents may provide a packed lunch instead if they prefer.
Packed lunches should follow our nursery Packed Lunch Policy to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children.
